The Office of Compliance and Civil Rights is committed to supporting a safe, welcoming environment for our Bulldog community. This office addresses all issues of discrimination, harassment or retaliation, and enforces University policies including prohibitions against sexual misconduct, sexual exploitation, dating or domestic violence, and stalking. We are committed to providing supportive resources with compassion and in care.
We are committed to enforcing the CSU Policy Prohibiting Discrimination, Harassment, Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Exploitation, Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, Stalking, and Retaliation.

Simply send us a description of your concerns and include any information you have about the incident, such as who was invloved, when it occurred, and any relevant supporting information. The Office for Compliance and Civil Rights will review your report and follow up with you regarding next steps.
*Please note, the "Returning Users" log-in is intended for users who previously created an account with Case IQ when making an online report to the campus Title IX and Civil Rights Office. It does not use your campus log-in credentials. If you are making a new report to the campus Title IX and Civil Rights Office (even if this is not your first time reporting), please use the "Submit a Report" link above.
About the Office of Compliance and Civil Rights
The Office of Compliance and Civil Rights addresses issues of discrimination, harassment, and/or retaliation, and oversees the University's compliance with federal and state laws and regulations and CSU system policies. This office offers training/education, outreach, and consultation to the campus community on these important topics. Students, employees, and/or third parties who believe they have experienced harassment, discrimination, and/or retaliation based on a protected status should promptly contact us for more information on resources and options.
